About the Event
The 19th ITFR World Championship will take place in Calgary, Canada from 16-20 June 2025.
The Tournament will be held at the Osten & Victor Alberta Tennis Centre.
In addition to the tournament, there are two planned social events: the welcome reception on the evening of June 16th, and the closing awards dinner on Friday evening, June 20th. Guests of the players who want to participate in the social events, should register for the "social package," in order to secure their reservation at either event. There is no charge to just observe the tournament.
Net proceeds from the event will go to the Rotary Foundation for End Polio Now.

Tournament Information
The tournament will be played over 4 days, with all finals on Friday. There are nine (9) events in total.
Your entry fee is the same regardless of how many events you enter so please take advantage of this and enter as many as you can.
You may nominate a doubles partner, but they will still need to register separately, or you can enter on your own and we’ll match you up with someone.
All first-round losers will automatically qualify for a plate event meaning you will get at least 2 matches in each event you enter.

To participate in the Tournament, you must be a member of the International Tennis Fellowship of Rotarians (ITFR). Membership is free
and open to Rotarians, Rotaractors, and Member’s spouses. <Apply to become an ITFR Member>

Accommodation
Registrants are encouraged to book their room accommodations soon. The tennis event center is located 10 kilometers from the
Rotary International Convention center. Accommodation reservations are the responsibility of the individual players.
